Jason Demetrius is a new addition to the Knickerbocker Realty Group team. Mr. Demetrius obtained a B.S in Risk Management & Insurance from Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University in May 2017. Prior to being full time at KRG, Mr. Demetrius was employed at Coaction Specialty Insurance Company as a commercial claims adjuster.
Jason brings eight years of experience adjusting primary and excess commercial insurance claims. He negotiated thousands of cases and adjusted over $100 million dollars of damages throughout his insurance career.
Jason has always shared an enthusiastic interest in Commercial Real Estate.
Originally from Danbury, Connecticut, Jason now resides in Queens. His interests include basketball and exercise. He also enjoys playing racquetball with his younger brother Dylan.
