KRG specializes in warehouses, vacant land, retail and development sites. KRG represents landlords and tenants with leasing space and sellers and buyers with selling commercial real estate.
We are seeking new and experienced agents to join our growing company!
Job Description:
- Prospect for leads by canvassing neighborhoods and cold-calling
- Research commercial real estate using our software applications, city records and periodicals
- Tour properties with customers
- Negotiate deals
- Represent landlords and tenants with lease transactions
- Represent sellers and buyers with selling properties
- Review real estate documents including sales contracts, lease agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, deeds, mortgage notes, environmental reports, listing agreements, etc.
Requirements:
- NY Real Estate Salesperson license or NY Associate Broker license
- Self-motivated individual eager to break into the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work alone or on a team
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs
- Positive and professional personality
